Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 per order.

Processing
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days.

Delivery
Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Issues
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and product.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Contact us if you still need assistance.
