Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Auburn Grid purchase.

Returns
Auburn Grid accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized products, if offered, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
